Hey Readers,
Ok I realize Halloween isn’t until tomorrow(technically), BUT I come from the land of the TRUE Halloween Capitol of the WORLD- Anoka, MN. I live for this season. I love horror films, gore films this time of year. I love touring old haunted houses, although I like TRUE haunted houses, not the puppet show haunted houses. I like trying to explain the unexplained. One of my favorite shows is Ghost Hunters. If I am in an area of suspected hauntings, I am not that easily frightened, mainly because of my security backround. I rarely get freaked out. Like the Ghost Hunters, I look for the true evidence. However, sometimes I listen to a scary tale that is told in such a way that it does send chills up my spine. I am heading back to bed soon because over the next few days I am going to be touring some actual haunted victorian mansions in St Paul late at night. I got a special treat access from one of my friends who works with the historical society. It should be fun. I have experienced some paranormal activity both at my mother’s house and my buddy’s house. One night in particular. I was sitting at my buddy’s house watching movies in his kitchen at 1 am. I noticed down the hall a 6 foot figure dressed in an all white nightgown pass the entryway to the kitchen. I asked my buddy what his mom was doing up. He told me that she was in bed sound asleep. I said I just saw someone up coming down the hallway. “That’s impossible!” He says. I said I just witnessed a ghostly apparition then. I couldn’t explain what I saw. My other incident happend at my mother’s house in the bathroom. I was sitting there doing “my bidness” and all of the sudden the sink faucet comes on full blast. It’s a dual sink bathroom. I was sort of surprised by that and I went through the whole house checking the pressures and the pluming fixtures. I asked a plumber next door if high pressure would cause just one valve to open up. He told me if it was a pressure problem the pipes should rupture first before it ever got to the valve. besides, both fixtures would have turned on because they are connected together. I paid him $250 to double check and confirm the pressure is fine. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the water pressure to this day. I had concluded then it was possible paranormal activity. I haven’t ruled it out yet unless I get solid evidence. Sometimes I get wrapped up in this topic I’ve been contemplating on going out and buying my own Ghost Hunter gear. I love this kind of stuff.
Do you have paranormal experiences? I’d love to hear about it.
Anyways, That’s All for my “Spooky” time, thanks for yours!
Have a Safe and Happy Halloween!
